Under the guise of making ornaments for the tree decorating ceremony at City Hall, Iris pulled off a secret Holiday Kisses mission. She’d sent out an invitation to several single mothers in the community. The headline read: “Kids needed to help make decorations for the tree lighting ceremony.” To ensure those invited would attend, Iris scheduled the “kids only” craft class for Friday evening.
