Returns
- You have seven days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods
- personalized items.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at merri@merrimaywether.com and send your item to P.O. Box 109 Sweet Grass, MT 59484
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
