We’re eating cupcakes that @refined_nails_llc baked to celebrate 🎉 Two years, three months, and twenty days after I started Conrad and Whitney’s story, I typed the end. It has banter and friends and feel good moments and I made myself cry a couple of times. Pre-epilogue and pre-Tiffany (she’s my editor) it is 75,000 words. Woooo🎉
Many many years ago, Chris came home and asked me to sit down to talk. You know it’s serious when your thirteen year old says, “We have to talk.” He then told me he wanted to be in the high school ROTC program “to be more like Colin Powell.”
